• A total of 269 rooms housed in four wings including 209 Garden View rooms, 51 Regency Club room, 6 Junior Suites, 2 Executive Suites and 1 Presidential Suite. Three rooms are adequately equipped for disabled persons.

• All rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning, private bath/shower, satellite TV, IDD telephone, mini bar personal safe and hairdryer. Some units are with private terrace and balcony.

• Electricity : 220 V, adaftor available on request

• Check out time : 12 noon

• No charge for children sharing room with parents. Maximum occupancy per room is two adults and one child below 12 years old.

Extra Bed : Available at US $ 20 ++, Only one extra bed allowed in each room for a child under 12 years old. No adult Triple Share

FAMILY PLAN : There is no charge for children under the age of 12 years if occupying the same room (with the existing bedding arrangement) as their parents. Maximum only two adults and two children per room. Families requiring  a second bedroom for children under 12 years old will received a 50% discount. This is valid for Garden view rooms only, full rate will be applicable for other room categories.

TAX & SERVICE CHARGE: 10 % service charge and prevailing government taxes currently 10% will apply. (Government taxes are subject to change without prior notice)

CURRENCY : All prices are quoted in US Dollars and will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah based on our house exchange rate.

PAYMENT : Major credit cards and traveler cheque are accepted. Personal cheque are not qualified.

COMMUNICATION CENTER : Consist of Reservation Desk, Business center and Tour Counter. The Business center provides secretarial services such as typing, faxing/copying, etc and stays open two hours beyond normal working hours
