Losari Coffee Plantation - Resort & Spa is a boutique resort consisting
of-twenty-six villas situated on twenty-two hectares of a beautiful, lush working coffee plantation nestled in the highlands nine hundred meters above Central Java. All of the guesthouses are built
in various Javanese styles and feature stunning views of the surrounding eight volcanoes and majestic plantation grounds. Losari's centerpiece undoubtedly remains the historic Club House, which served as the home for the owners of the plantation since its inception. Today, it serves as a gathering spot for guests, and is richly appointed with period pieces and a library and music room. Its veranda serves as the perfect place to view the glorious sunrises and sunsets that only the Losari's loqale can provide. While at Losari, you can find rejuvenation in the Hammam, a real Turkish bath, and can receive any one of a number of relaxing spa treatments.

Hammam complex, is the perfect spot from where you can enjoy cool drinks and light snacks while viewing the amazing mountain scenery. One of out restaurants, Java Red, serves gourmet Mediterranean recipes and nouvelle Indonesian cuisine, while another, Java Green, features a healthy menu featuring ingredients from Losari's own organic gardens. Also featured are tennis and lawn bowling courts and the various walking, running, and biking trails that snake through Losari's hills. Nearby, you can enjoy a relaxing ride aboard an old steam train for a tour of the Javanese countryside or join enriching cultural, artistic, and nature excursions throughout magnificent Central Java.

LOCATION
Losari Coffee Plantation - Resort and Spa is located on an historic coffee plantation surrounded by eight volcanoes in the heart of Central Java, conveniently located near the royal cities of Yogyakarta, Solo, and Semarang (all approximately one and one-half hours'drive). |
ACCOMMODATION
Magnificent views abound throughout Losati, and all of the twenty-six villas are no exception - each one provides amazing sights of the enveloping natural wonders. All villas are uniquely designed in traditional Javanese styles, and feature intricately carved teakwood fixtures, furnishings, and private verandas, with villa sizes ranging from 100 to 135 sqm. These spacious and open villas are furnished with king-sized beds and antique Indonesian furniture, and allow for plenty of room for enjoying the company of others, reading, drinking Losan' coffee, dining, or admiring Central Java's natural beauty, either from inside the villa or while basking in the sunlight and cool breezes on the veranda. The exquisite beauty and glorious vistas continue as guests enter the bathrooms, where sunken mosaic, red marble, copper, and single-cut stone bathtubs overlook Losari's idyllic setting. Additionally, all villas have private dressing rooms, separate showers, and deep stone and copper sinks. The Bella Vista, an incredible masterpiece, also features a private plunge pool and buder service.
All villas are furnished with air conditioning, TV/IndoVision, DVD/VCD/VHS players, satellite radios, mini bars, and IDD-telephones, from which Guests can access the Internet.

SPA
The Spa features Indonesia herbal treatments and traditional beauty recipes from the Royal, Palace of Yogyakarta.
The five massage suites area truly works of art: sunken rose marble bathtubs, bamboo floors, overlook a lush, green Vista and a majestic volcano. All massage practitioners' area schooled in various Eastern and Western massage techniques, with an emphasis on the quality of touch.
The featured Losari Massage is seventy-five or ninety minute and offers an unpredictable sequence of delivery where the specialty is long, continuous, connective stroke. The feeling the Guest receives is the body is 'one', truly connected, rather than a typical approach massaging the body limbs individually. The result is truly unique and memorable.
The Spa's Fitness Center features the lattes exercise equipment, including stationary bicycles, Stairmasters and treadmills. Additionally Tal Chi instruction is provided on the pool verandas for those wishing to exercise both body and mind.
The Salon offers herbal cr&ne baths, nail care, hair trimming and styling prior to special occasions. Childcare is available for those wishing to enjoy some private time for harmony and balance. An oasis for tranquility and renewal, a visit to The Haniam and Spa will be a memorable part of your stay.
THE HAMAM
The Hamam is a traditional three-room Turkish steam bath. The bather enters a warm cocoon of fragrant, gentle steam where the pores open naturally from the wet heat.
Next, a cool plunge awakens the senses before a strong, exfoliating scrub called a gommage. A textured cleansing mitt and excessive quantities of water thoroughly cleanses the skin. After this refreshing treat, a cool, dark relaxation room becons for a rest. Enjoy a foot massage if desired or enjoy the dreamy state The Hamam has created.
Separate Harnams are available for men and women. The gentle heat can reach forty degrees and is not recommended for those with high blood pressure. For special occasions, The Hamam can be reserved for private use.
