This was the first time we used the Internet to order flight tickets. I must admit that we were slightly apprehensive using this "impersonal" method of booking a holiday, but our experience has been nothing less than perfect. We will certainly use your services again when we visit the area next time.

Travel to Bali on 6 - 13 OCT 2001
Our trip back home was indeed long, but we were very happy travelers....our stay in Bali was everything we had hoped for and your service was excellent.
The last stay at the Novotel was by far the best hotel in terms of accommodations, pools and beaches and food. The other hotels were also excellent. The only minor problem was the beach at Jimbaran. Although the
beach was good, the fishing village next to the resort created garbage in the water that spoiled the overall quality; that was a disappointment.
We thoroughly enjoyed the services of the guide and driver. Most knowledgeable and they paced our sightseeing to our interests and physical capabilities. That was much appreciated.
And, of course we appreciated your excellent recommendations of hotels and sightseeing trips. This was one of the few trips we have had where all
arrangements were executed without problem and all transfers were on time as promised. Good job!
Finally, we enjoyed meeting you and your staff. My wife and Mrs. Huber were very pleased with the farewell gifts...very thoughtful. They both send their thanks.
Although we have not made plans for next year, we are seriously considering a return visit next year and will certainly contact you at that time.
Again, many thanks for making our trip to Bali most enjoyable.
