All credit card details and information are encrypted and transmitted over a secure connection.

Alliance-indonesia.com  guarantees that you will have the quality of services from the hotels or resorts as stated in this service. The quality of services is fully depends on the prestige of hotels or resorts chosen and shall be fully
responsible for its services to the customer.

ONLINE RESERVATION:
Online Hotels Reservation is a service that provides an available accommodation with availability to reserve it online. This service is legal including reservation and net rates from hotels or other tour operators. 
For Online Hotels Reservation, American Breakfast (ABF) or Continental Breakfast (CBF) and transfers are not included unless otherwise stated in the services. Actually in the most hotels are a breakfast include.
All hotel rates are per room per night, based on 1 or 2 people occupying the room. All rates quoted in US $ and are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax.

All rooms and accommodation are subject to availability. All rates are subject to change without prior notice. 
After You fill out the online Reservation Form you will get soon as possible an E-Mail if Your requested Hotel or Tour Program is available. After a available confirmation we require a deposit for bookings of less than 4 nights or a full payment for bookings of more than 3 Nights.

RATES AND VALIDITY
All rates are quoted in US$ (United States Dollar) at current rates of exchange, and are valid from ... to ....  subject to change 
All rates are NETT (includes tax & service charge). All transaction will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah and the exchange rate is based on the day
of transaction.  To avoid misunderstanding of the rates, please note that some hotels or resorts have seasonal surcharges. Please read carefully the conditions of the rates before making reservation.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE
No reservation will be processed if we don't receive full credit card details, or receive a valid bank transfer to our Account. Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as possible.  If the room at your selected hotel is not available at the time, our staff will notify you. An alternative hotel with similar features will be suggested to you or alternatively your request will be put on waiting list.

Minimum length of stay is based on 1 (one) night.

Short notice of reservation will be handled according to room availability of the hotel. However, we shall normally require 14 (fourteen) days in advance.
Please Note that we do not hold any reservation for You until we have a full deposit payment.
 

Payments can be made by credit card, bank cheque in US Dollars
or money order.

Credit Card:
Credit card authorization, back + front copy of credit card and valid passport copy is needed as your agreement to us to authorize your credit card. 

Credit Card Authorization will be process by our Accounting Department with Bank that has relationship with our account.

Note:
We are not able to process your reservation payment if there is no reservation procedure, though your reservation is confirmed. 
At this time, Banks in Indonesia don’t have e-commerce support for real online transactions.

Deposit:
After Alliance Indonesia Tours & Travel has confirmed a reservation, the cost of the first night's stay will be charged to your credit card as a non-refundable deposit to guarantee your room. You will be informed accordingly and receive the official
confirmation of your reservation from us.

Final Payment on Arrival: 
The balance of the accommodation cost as well as any other services booked will be charged to you at arrival in Bali in Cash Money before your check-in at the booked hotel. In case of full reconfirmed bookings for more than 3 nights
You will be required to pay a deposit of the full payment in advance. Inability to collect the balance payment on a timely basis will make the reservation subject to automatic cancellation.

After we receive the full payment (or a deposit for a booking less than 4 nights)  of Your booked hotel  we will send You a voucher to show at your arrival or check in at the hotel.

CREDIT CARD CHARGE PROCESS
Your credit card will be charged 14 Days prior arrival at Low Season or 21 Days at a Peak/High Season. All rates are quoted in US Dollar (USD). However, all transaction will be converted into Rupiah and exchange rate based on the time of transaction.  Differences in personal statement balances can occur and are due to the fluctuation with the Indonesian Rupiah and bank processing time. And Alliance Indonesia Tours & Travel cannot hold responsible to these differences.

There is 3,5 % additional of bank fee as well. And we only accept VISA, MASTER CARD 
Please be aware on peak season e.g. millennium, reservation must be made far in advance to avoid inconvenience, minimum two months ahead is required.

For secure Your booking and for the safety of charge Your credit card in Indonesia we require Your credit card and personal details as follows:

b. Back copy of credit card
c. Front copy of your credit card

The information on your card is strictly confidential. The card will not be charged unless your reservation is confirmed.

Remember:
In high season (Christmas - New Year, July - August) 
the room availability of the most hotels are limited. 
A complete booking and payment in advance is 
highly recommended.

CHANGE OF BOOKING
A one night cancellation fee will be charged for any change of booking  after a confirmation has been issued. Acceptance of any change is subject to availability of the accommodation booked.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation made within 14 to 7 days before arrival in Low Season or 30 to 14 days before arrival in High/Peak Season at the hotel is subject to 50% of all payments. 

Cancellation of a confirmed reservation made within 3 days in Low Season or 10 days in High/Peak Season before arrival at the hotel is subject to 100% of all payments.

No Refund will be made if:

• the cancellation is done within 3 days prior arrival (Low Season) and 10 days at a Peak/High Season. 

• No Show. 

• a booking should be only partly utilized

• breakfast and/or other added values are not taken

• transfers between airport and hotel and/or other services booked are not utilized

LIABILITY
Alliance-Indonesia.com and Alliance Indonesia Tours & Travel  acts as intermediary between the concerned hotels, resorts, tour operator, local travel Agents, airlines, transports operators and local tourist offices providing the services.
Alliance-Indonesia.com and Alliance Indonesia Tours & Travel are therefore not responsible for any lost, injuries or damages sustained by the tourists. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions
and unrest must be borne by the customers. Prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of confirmation and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the stay.
